Last week, our mechanical technology department held a memorable team building activity. It was not only a time for us to summarize the work of 2024 but also an opportunity to plan the technical direction for 2025.
 
Work Summary of 2024
 
In 2024, our department achieved remarkable results. We actively carried out innovative research and development work. For example, we developed a new mechanical transmission system with higher transmission efficiency and lower energy consumption. We also optimized the manufacturing process. By introducing advanced CNC machining equipment and automated production lines, the high-precision processing and high-efficiency production of parts were realized, and the rejection rate was reduced.

Technical Planning for 2025
 
For 2025, we have formulated detailed technical plans. We will conduct in-depth research and analysis on the market demand and technical requirements of mechanical products. We plan to develop more advanced mechanical control algorithms to improve the performance and stability of mechanical systems. In terms of product design, we will use advanced design software and tools to optimize the design scheme and improve the reliability and manufacturability of products.
 
Flower Arranging Activity
 
After the work summary and technical planning, we had a relaxing flower arranging activity. We were all excited to participate in this activity. Under the guidance of the instructor, we learned how to choose flowers, match colors and shapes, and use different flower arranging techniques to create unique flower works. Through this activity, we not only learned the skills of flower arranging but also felt the fun of hands-on creation.
 
This team building activity was very meaningful. It not only made us review the past work and look forward to the future but also enhanced the communication and cooperation among team members. We all look forward to more such activities in the future.
