Die casting parts are unique shaped metal products which is produced by die-casting. This method enables manufacturers to reproduce a metal part many times over, fast and efficiently. Workers at a die casting factory use molds known as dies to make the metal into the desired shape. They are made out of molds that produce hundreds or sometimes thousands which if all done according to spec will be identical and perform perfectly.
Do you even know what kind of metals are there in which die casting parts can be formed? Such metals are named as alloys. Aluminium, Zinc and Magnesium are commonly used in die casting. Certain metals have their own unique characteristics that allow them to be used in specific applications.
Deciding on an appropriate alloy is particularly significant as it will affect the power and durability of pieces For instance, if a particular part will be exposed to high heat or cool temperatures it is vital that you opt for as much which contains shown resilience in such environments. Each of those choices are very deliberate and have the goal that these parts will play nice in their respective environment.
A die-casting machine must be prepared for this process first. There are two dies (two parts of this puzzle) for the machine. Once you have metal everything is melted down making it a liquid. This hot metal is then forced into the dies at high pressure. This high pressure ensures that the molten metal completely fills all of voids within the die, creating a perfect replication of the component.
Once cooled and solidified, the part is safely removed from dies. Any stray pieces of metal created during the process are eliminated. Afterward, the part is polished and completed to match customer specifications. Finally, and when everything looks good part is done!
Manufacturing allows you to have tolerance so that all parts come together properly. This is crucial in the industries like aerospace since a tiny mistake can lead to big problem. Tight Tolerance: When we use precision as an adjective it means the accuracy, and that to us generally mean when parts fit together there is not movement or space which could work itself free causing unneeded issues.
Factories use specialized machines, known as CNC machines to get the tight tolerance while forming die casting parts. Advanced computer technology is used in these machines to guarantee that every part comes out perfect and all match one another. It helps keep the desired quality in your end products.
Complete quality control is achieved through full participation. From the early quality prevention through the production of the final product there is a rigorous quality control process. Testing for products is separated into test of raw materials, process testing and final product testing. Testing equipment we employ is a comprehensive set of equipment. It comprises CMM Projectors, altimeters, projectors as well as spectrometers, test equipment for hardness etc. We have a variety of die casting parts and foreign-funded companies. The audits have also been put through their various layers of audits.
We have experienced design engineers to die casting parts our technology. Our designers are experienced in mechanical design. Some of our designers have more that 20 years experience in the field of design. They have been involved in process improvement and fixtures, as well as equipment design and much more.
In addition to die casting parts and machining equipment, we have an experienced team of purchasing and we have accumulated a vast supplier pool for standard components and outsourcing surface treatment and heat treatment.
We have more than die casting parts years of experience processing and complete machine tools, including CNC milling, CNC turning, grinding machine EDM wire cutting etc. Multi-process equipment is our forte.
